This idea came up from patriot's "embassy" post originally...

anyways, we have the bretonian royal liner, which is used by bretonian diplomats, officials, rich-types, etc. For liberty, we have the luxury liner which can serve the same purpose.

Kusari and Rheinland, on the other hand, do not have anything similar. So... lets make them.

-Kusari Imperial Liner
"Constructed by Samura, the Imperial Liner is commonly used by Kusari Government officials, Samura representatives, and Hogosha lords as personal luxury ships and diplomatic transports."

-Put a lot of kusari symbols on it, make it look very... imposing. Kusari tends to be proud of their house, and their diplomatic ships would clearly show that. Should have similar armor, turret hardpoints, and cargo space to the royal liner or luxury liner.

-Rheinland "Regierungsschiff" (government ship)
"As imposing as the Chancellor himself, the Regierungsschiff - built by the Rheinland Military at Oder Shipyard - is used by the leading figures and representatives of the Rheinland government for diplomatic missions into foreign territory."

-I kinda think Xing should be the one to make this. He did a ship before that was rheinland-ish and had a bunch of "soldier-statues" lining the sides, which would be perfect for this style of ship. Again, it should have similar stats to the luxury liner and royal liner - perhaps more armor and turrets at the cost of cargo space.
