As far as i know, Bounty Hunter capital ships were made to protect the outer sectors, and since we can't enter central systems (like many other BS's), its not exactly easy to complete bounty missions. If i run into a pirate, i don't usually engage unless he is of cruiser or higher class, or if the target is plundering innocent traders.

What were you doing in sat alpha then talking down sabres?
