So? They would be a part of the House they defected to, then. They wouldn't be there in big enough numbers to warrant a faction of any sort. They'd simply be Rheinlanders with unusual surnames.

Why? That's like saying Russia wouldn't be Coalition because it isn't USSR any more, even though it was Coalition. Nobody said the Hungarians had to like being in the Coalition, but I don't see them being Alliance.
