What ive heard is that Bombers are getting nerfed and capships are gonna get buffed in the new mod?

Is this right, and will we have to rebuy our capships/bombers?

because... atm yes some bombers like the cat are dodgy and most capships are not the best...

when ether or both are gonna happen, how are we meant to kill the capships?
Cause bombers will do basically no damage?

Just wondering...
