True, my vessel suffered a rather heavy price she is, in fact, in the process of repair. However, this does not negate the fact that your vaunted "safe-zone," though honored by us, is being honored by all. I did not fire upon them since your "safe-zone" has been well advertised. Be advised, however, I shall not honor it in the case of Bounty Hunters. They broke the peace and shall suffer the consequences for such an act. Your forces did nothing as my vessel's shields and hull melted away. If they side with Bounty Hunters again through action, or the lack there of, you and those present shall be held accountable.
My regards,
OsoRojo
P.S. for the record the Bounty Hunters fielded two battleships and a destroyer.

My condolences for the losses your crew has sustained, as well as for the damage done to your ship in our perimeter.
I owe you an explanation. In stating that all free targets of the Hunters should vacate the premises, this was not stated in the spirit if siding with them. This was for the sake of protecting the lives aboard Yanagi, which I am charged with protecting; above all other craft or causes.
I take this time to reiterate that the no-fire zone is not a safe zone. Loitering in the perimeter outside the station's shielding does not place you under our protection, nor will actions taken against you while inside this perimeter automatically cause Junker craft in the vicinity to spring to your defense. This is not to say that we will not assist you; however if there is a possible end that can be brought to a situation that doesn't involve escalation of the conflict, we will pursue that above risking further lives.
The Kuun-Lan has a long history of endangering hundreds of uninvolved innocents for the sake of a single kill. Zoners have given the craft a stern warning about his actions outside Freeports, and her captain continues to risk the lives of entire stations when he believes he can get away with it. If the Zoners can't convince him to keep the collateral damage down, how can we Junkers?
In my eyes, I felt the only reasonable end to the incident was for all craft that would be deemed targets to this outrageous intrusion and abuse of power, was to vacate the area and deny them their kills. They were bloodthirsty and well beyond reasoning with by this point. This was why I gave such an order. For the safety of the remaining Outcast Alliance forces, and for the safety of the innocents aboard Yanagi.
To end this: I am in the process of receiving a new operating procedure regarding such incidents. I have taken steps to ensure my hands will not be tied in such a way again.
Again, my sincere condolences for your losses. I hope to see the Casa in space again. This incident will not be repeated.
