Ideally, yes. Had it only been like that the world would have been much safer and much different I suppose, alas this only a reflection with many issues and problems inherited, diseases that can't be fully cured, only treated. I'm not an alchemist, neither you are and not like we can make a philosopher's stone, so I'll keep being realistic.
HellFire0, try to re-read my posts again till you understand they meant instead of jumping onto train of accusations. I'm working on making the infrastructure possible but it's not my call, but meanwhile it's not there yet, so no, car ain't finished yet - you can't ride it, it has no seats yet, wait till it's fully finished, working, shining and has been crash tested, as in all sanity let's not throw untested cars onto this high traffic.
