O52 is SCRA System as Verde is SCRA station although it writes Zoner base. That will be changed in 4,85, SCRA and Corsairs are in war and if you encounter anyone from SCRA during your pirate run you will probably end up with your ship blown to pieces. Also O52 is considered Guard system so noone is allowed in there except SCRA if i wrote something wrong im sure my commanders will correct me. There is no relation between SCRA and Corsairs except sounds of our guns.
