Comm ID: Gerd Torben, Captain of the [TERRA]-Australis
Target ID: Junker Nohmen.Dark
Hello again.
As I have stated in the previous communique, it was not me or my crew the ones responsible for your ship`s disabling operation. I have no proof of what the Caveat Emptor have done to the Destroyer Ferres as Tarranto, because, as stated before, we were engaged in a battle with some Corsairs. As far as I could tell, after a scan of Ferres es Teranto, I can tell that your Caveat Emptor didn`t stopped after a few warning shots, the shield pool of the Destroyer was severely depleted.
That makes me think that both our Destroyer captain, as well as the captain of the Caveat Emptor took it one step too far with the "warning shots". As far as this ship is concerned, I can safely assure you that we did not opened fire on Junker vessels, and we cannot be held responsible for the destruction of Junker property.
However, I have to mention the fact that when the aforementioned corsair cruised away, we chased him and left the Junker sovereign territory. At this time, the Caveat Emptor started the small skirmish with Ferres es Teranto which turned to be an unfortunate event.
I am still waiting for a sign from Arbiter Vladimir Tinkerbell, to whom I have sent an invitation to discuss the reasons and the outcome of this unfortunate event, and if he can explain to me that it was my fault for this whole incident, I, Gerd Torben, will support all damage bills you have to pay to return everything into it`s former state.
With respect, captain of the Australis, Gerd Torben.
