Title: Addendum
Salutations;
I am happy to hear that you are safe, along with your crew. The aforementioned Corsair, sir, is hostile to us. And by using your neutrality to get ground against our homelands will not be tolerated.
About stray shots, nothing such thing came from the Australis. The Corsair was taking distance, while we were close to your base. So, we were firing not towards your base, but away from it. When the Corsair left the area, we continued our pursuit.
Again, I make an appeal to your judgment, and please do not accuse me or my crew for something we are not responsible of.
I am still waiting for Arbiter Tinkerbell, to solve this conflict of interests in a peaceful manner.
With respect, captain of the Australis, Gerd Torben.

Dear Captain.
I appreciate your forthrightness and am willing to personally pay for repairs to the Congressman's vessel--as an act of good will. But I do wish to make a clear point.
In accord with the Yanagi Treaty ratified by your Don's, we have SOLE jurisdiction in the 5k zone about Yanagi and they themselves have instructed their pilots to honor our directives there.
If asked to cease fire or move away these are reasonable requests and well within the coverage of this accord. So "I fired but..." does not change the fact that you disobeyed a Junker directive within the 5k zone at Yanagi and you were in violation. The Congressmen was perfectly within his rights and you were in the wrong.
The purpose of this accord was to prevent exactly this situation: a pilot taking faction hostilities to Yanagi and threatening Junkers with violence (and in this case you called for reinforcements I am told).
I will discuss with the Don's the possibility of a common penalty that each side will agree to so that in future there is an automatic repercussion for such violations.
I'll count this as a learning experience for all parties but instruct you as of this communique -- and as per the rights granted me in the Yanagi Treaty -- henceforth, not to bring your vessel within 5k of Yanagi other than to QUICKLY dock for resupply and then to just as quickly move 5k away from the base.
Consider this a permanent Junker directive to your vessel when you are within 5k of Yanagi from this date forward.
