Well the processor boost made a huge difference. However due to your upload speed it wasn't very friendly. had mild yellow lag off and on. more on than off however. Overall the processing power seems to have made a massive difference and all the traditional lag pproblems are gone.
I can host pretty well however I'm having second thoughts about hosting as I've been getting into battlefield 2 alot lately and can't play that on the laptop.
However my PC is stable enough to run multiple games, and have in the past lol. Awhile back I was actually trading in FL while playing Star Wars Galaxies. That was in 4.80 when we had the 'ub-wh0r3' trains tho.
