No Guns for the Brigands

yea, if the brigands have their own gunship (which they do, and it looks so awesome I want to figure out how to get it on one of my characters now), they need their own guns.

Also, on a somewhat related note, despite the fact that gallia has a whole range of it's own capship weapons (trebuchets = mortars, glaives = razors, etc.), they dont have any capital pulse turrets available. I would suggest creating a new weapon class labelled the "Ballista" which is a mimic of the pulse turrets for other caps in sirius, with version available to both council and royalist sides.
