It's just that it would be a stupid idea to make people resell codes, who can guarantee the codes they sell are real?
Thats a Bad comeback but i just will say Bungie will send them out to people, using LIVE Messaging. people can then use it to type into the Code slot before the game will install onto PC, if they loose the code or need to re-install the game they will then have to pay ?2 or 200 gamerscore to get an new unique one.
