Sure, absurdly large zergs on heavily outnumbered players aren't very gentlemanlike, and you can certainly ask the zergers in question to lay off in the name of fair play, but then again, zergs make for the perfect opportunity to do some seriously impressive turning of the tables.
For my part, I'm pleased with what I've seen of you so far in Liberty; first encounter we had, I tracked your fighter and two other criminals down in California and went in fully expecting to be fighting a 3v1. Instead, you opted to challenge me to a duel - I accepted, punched you out, then went after the remaining two. Second time, of course, was yesterday afternoon - dealing with your loldisease-afflicted wingman was hilarious and a job well done.
The LPI as a whole doesn't seem overly put out over your activites; keep up the good work. We, at any rate, always attempt to keep fights even and balanced. I can sympathize with you over the imbalanced fights you must be encountering, but also at least attempt to view them as an opportunity, as well. When I raided Omicron Gamma on Zak Mason, I'd be faced with some really ridiculous odds, and I still thrived on the challenge. Get more use out of that fighter of yours; gunboats, after all, are practically impossible to miss!
