Oh look, Corsairs camping Manhatten, Outcasts smuggling cardi, Red Hessians flying Rheinland Battleships.

There are basic guidelines/rules on this server to curb the extremes that you have just so gladly pointed out.
However if that is your view of this game just play vanilla single player, it suits you better.
Here we have freedom to roleplay ouside of robotic subroutines and special roleplay to allow even the extremes you pointed out with permission.
