The whole thing of using NPC's actions as a leading example was discredited years ago.

The point is, yes, a lot of people abuse the Zoner ID wrongfully. It, however, cannot be restricted like other IDs because there are a lot of commodities that Zoners would logically ship eventually at sometime. It's one of those things where people can do things, but, they really shouldn't.

If I had my way, no Zoners would trade anything between anything but Zoner bases, because, really, that's the way it should be....
