Simply put; Zoner Capital ships do not need to enter House systems. I've managed to use my Aquilon Carrier.. And never flown it into a core house system yet. I'm collecting roughly 25 commodities for my Carrier's cargo.. I'm paying to have people haul them out to me. I travel everywhere I need to via Border, Independent, and Omicrons. Zoner fighters/bombers/freighters/trans/GBs are fine in houses.. But there is no reason for our battleships to be sitting in New London. And even more; No need to be in Gallia with any ship without proper RP reason. As was said; 'Just exploring' is no excuse.
When you made that Zoner character, you made it with the knowledge that Zoners are edge/border world people. Liberty distrusts us, we cut ourselves off from the other three houses.
