those that were playing 4.83 and earlier might remember that the BHG was a small faction. - mostly serious RPers in it. - they had warships - but were painted to be very hostile to the majority of players ( the majority were pirates )
meanwhile the mercenaries roamed freely and had all the "bad seeds".
then came the restriction of the mercenaries - and the newly discovered BHG. - ever since 4.84 - the BHG went downhill at the very cost of RPers in the faction - cause they were all painted with the same brush.
do NOT let that happen to the order, you know. - the order was a smallish faction with mostly serious RPers in 4.84 and earlier. - then came the BHG restrictions:laugh:- take a second to think about it. - the BHG has more restrictions than........ the order now.
i don t wanne draw a picture of what "might become of it" - cause its a different situation - but there is a chance / risk that it can become like that.... better start to organize things from the very start. - the greatest difference is that the BHG never had a playerfaction orgazing things.. the order has. - let that be the difference.
from an outside point of view - the order ( all those that are IDed as order ) makes use of around 70% fightercraft and 30% warships ... more or less. this ratio is very similar to the BHG at that time ( the core BHG )
lately, i have seen considerably less "lolwut" BHG warships and i have seen ( no, not lolwut ) more order shisp ( not only caps ) that just remain silent and just mind their own business.
this is a heads up... once you GET the stigma of being a lolwut faction, you ll work 10 times as hard to get rid of it... and even then... people that see you will disrespect you, no matter how hard you try.
@BillGBs: best ship ( by stats ) in the game is the nomad fighter ( the restricted nomad light figher, not the morph ) - the hammerhead is a good HF, like the taidan HF or other "new generation" heavy fighters.
Lets hope this does not happen then. But I still don't get - why the light carrier? There are pleanty of other caps that are easily spammed.
