Why would a blood dragon openly land on a GMG base? The gas miners are helping the Dragons under the table, not in the open.
(Didn't read all of the WOT's in the thread, but I think my other question went unawnsered)
What will your policy on foreigners be? Since, right now, all of the kusari unlawfulls tend to band together and destroy the foreign/lawfull counter-side before going after eachother.
