All i see here is people moaning...
Sure Keepers have better gear...
So does KNF over GC...
so Does the RM over the LWB...

We can go on for ages, the fact is there always will be people moaning about one thing or another.

Oh and id love to know... how often do you actually meet a keeper ingame?

Oh and so you know im biased.
But so is Mjonir, Kress, Exile... heck... just about anyone who is complaining/defending.

Now go and enjoy playing the game for what its designed for.

Edit: About the npcs, the nomad ones should have train cd's in the guard systems only in my opinion along with missiles... but the encounters are that rare... that i dont think it makes much of a difference...
( only met 2 spawns of npcs of nomads since the release of 4.85 beta)
