You are twisting "facts" as you see fit... How many of your friends in certain factions have I killed? Are you the one of those who holds grudge? Oh, yeah. Come on, I like it that way.
Anyway, concerning Zoner Council, are you aware that 90% of respected Zoners resigned from their Council positions? At the time of incident, I had no such informations. I thought it existed like it always did. Later I've found out that new one was "self elected". Doc resigned due to health problems which were caused by him worrying too much about these new kind of Zoners, who are just bunch of unobjective, hostile, ego-maniacs.
This proof is taken AFTER I've been fired upon. It shows nothing except how I don't like to fired upon without prior warning, in NFZ, like no one does.
I said "I'm doing missions, is that OK?" Isn't that a polite question? And Saronsen responds with "Let your buddy pick em up for you" Why did he say that? I didn't do anything wrong. Why can't I pick my own mission? My "buddy" perhaps don't know which missions to pick that are including to fight against capital ships.
Saronsen "I'm a part of newly formed Council". Based on what I've heard this "elected" Council has been self elected. I was NOT aware of it at the present moment.
I said "2 of Council members informed of you". That is true. Although, I'll repeat, I didn't know that they are no longer Council members. There have been complaints of Saronsen's behaviour in the past. I won't mention names due to promise I made to them, but perhaps they will speak for themselves after they see what are all of you trying to achieve here.
I see nothing unclear here.
Saronsen: "You are to leave immediately" This a not nice approach of him. I said "You have no right no forbidden me anything" and, considering I've heard about his shady career among Zoners from other Zoners, I didn't feel like I should listen to Saronsen, who proven himself that by firing on this second occasion. Why should I? I never saw a Zoner firing at anyone without prior warning. I didn't feel, like many of you would, that this "Zoner" needs to be listened. He's clearly out his mind, taking this personally.
"This is you last time, now move it. " says Saronsen. Hm... Didn't Aurelia Silvan announced that Saronsen was patient? Why did he brake apart so soon then? And on this "proof" you can also see that he says "I have no patience for you" Does that mean he has patience for everyone else except me? Isn't that... personal? Hehe.
This Jinx part it true also.
I said "You opened fire on me again, Saronsen. You have no right to do that." This only proofs that he did, and after I said that, he didn't even respond because he had nothing to say about it. He didn't even say by lying "I warned you first. " NO, he didn't do that because he never did warn me.
Cpt. Izzi "He asked you politely to get a safe distance from FP" Isn't FP a safe haven? By the way, why didn't you say here that he did that after firing at me, or at least what I told you that happened? You know why you didn't say that? Because you weren't sure yourself whether he fired at me first or didn't. You don't know what exactly happened and you are pointing fingers at me. Back then I also said that "You are not aware of his acts in the past". So, cpt Izzi, ARE YOU AWARE of his acts in the past? How can you know what happened, lets say a week, or 2 weeks before? Did he say to you how he was bragging at FP how he can defeat me in "battle simulation"? Did he also say to you how we did that battle simulation and that he can't stand the site of me after losing against me back then? No. You don't know who are you protecting. You just see me a violator but you never asked yourself who is the real violator. Tz, tz, tz...
Saronsen here also said that you are Council delegate... Hm... Wait a minute... Didn't Aurelia Silvan told me that she's already (self) elected? Haha.
Cpt Izzi: "If you are in disagreement over an order he's given to you, consider his shot a warning shot." Again, you idiot, HE FIRED FIRST, then issued a warning after! Has it ever occurred to you he did what I said he did? Did you see him telling you otherwise during this incident? He didn't even said "No, I fired after". Isn't that strange, ask yourself that.
Saronsen: "Here, Colonel, you can talk to the Chairman of the Zoner COuncil. I'm sure you'll listen to him.". Wait a minute... He said before, as shown on YOUR proofs (CHECK IT OUT YOUR OWN PROOFS!), that Chairman hasn't been elected. After, he also said YOU Cpt Izzi are one of delegates? So, you are a delegate although Chairman has already been elected? WHAT A...? And I should listen to them/you although they don't who's a Chairman and has he/she been elected in the first place?
I said "You can't order me that (to remove myself), Council members informed of that." Yes, they told me, but I didn't know then that they are no longer members of Council, as 90% of them already resigned due to... Well, those who resigned know why they did it.
He can't order me, not by any morale standards, to remove myself after being fired first at me. No way. By doing so, he definetly explained his stance against me, which is HOSTILE.
I said: "So let's get out of NFZ and you show me." This only proofs that I'd take hostility out of NFZ. But IF anyone analysed MY proofs I provided before, it will show you that they engaged me WITHIN NFZ, while I was, at THAT time of engagement, out of NFZ.
I see nothing here to compromise me, except the fact that Cpt Izzi doesn't mention (he didn't see it of course) that, I REPEAT, fired FIRST at and only after fired shot, I docked. That AGAIN proves I've been doing missions and that I needed to dock in order to repair.
Me: "Both of you will be reported to the Council" of which I possessed no facts (I'll say it again) that it doesn't function "properly". But ALL OF YOU should ask yourself this... How come I reported them, publicly, first? I actually waited 4, 5 hours to do that. If they are SOOOOOOO right, why didn't they report ME? THAT'S BECAUSE THEY NEVER DID KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING!!!! They weren't sure in the end if they acted like they should. In the end, they knew they made a mistake. That's why they were afraid to report, they thought I'd just forget all about this. Sounds reasonable? Who cares, right? Now they're just using all of you to cover up their mistakes.
He kept calling me captain in order to provoke me and I kept telling him I'm colonel. So what now? Zoners are dealing with provocations these days?
Saronsen: "Good for you, shove on off now." You see, he's polite whole this time... Oh, yes, he reflects his good upbringing.
Saronsen: "If you want to have it my way, I'd prefer 10 clicks". Aaaaaaaaaa... Has anyone actually SEEN my proofs? First he says 5, then he says 10, and after Eanai Trela came, they said 15 clicks. WILL THEY MAKE UP THEIR MIND??? Oh, yes. They act like "real" Zoners, except that these ones don't know what to think and when to think it.
Eanai.Trela: "Actually the law is that we can tell you to stop loitering around our Freeports at any time." I wasn't loitering. Saronsen himself told all of you that I only docked. I wasn't loitering. Heh.
Eanai.Trela: "If you do not comply you'll be punished accordingly" Threat about something I never did? Oh yes, punishment did follow, but it was you who were punished by ma turrets, not me.
This proof shows that Cpt Izzi had no informations about what happened before in the first place....
So there you go, you damn 3 fools: I've answered all your "proofs". But who cares, right? Will anyone even read it? Haha. I know that probably no one will, and those who will, and who might actually agree that I provided solid proofs, and that I answered with logic against of those of party involved, shall probably do NOTHING! You just sit in your cocoons, pretending that this truth do not touch you from inside. It will touch you one way or another, sometimes, in another incident. Tomorrow something similar might happen to you and you'll know I feel right now.
