frankly - going by that calculation, liberty needs a superbomber, too - oh... and a SHF. - so does kusari and bretonia.

i think it does not improve the houses to give them battlecruisers. - one of the GREAT differences between liberty and the other houses is that liberty hasn t got a real cruiser. - they have a flying gun that was utterly useless in a normal pvp situation compared to the usefulness of other houses cruisers.

even rheinland has a cruiser that can be used for more situations t han the lib cruiser. - its forward cannon is nice - but before we increased its projectile speed a lot - it wasn t really making up for its weakness.

they simply "needed" another capital ship to fill up the ranks to the battleship.

the other houses do have a cruiser. - bretonia has a heavy one, so does rheinland, kusari has a small one and gallia is unimportant.

making a rheinland battlecruiser is easy. - but i predict that it will cause more bickering and more problems than it solves. - a lot more.
