I'd like to know more about your policy concerning 'foreigners in Kusari', such as Outcasts or Bretonians. Since over the past months/half year/longer time, the unlwafulls of Kusari have somewhat decided to band together and destroy any non-Kusari enemy within Kusari space. This in turn rubbed off a 'No-Gaijin' policy on the majority of Kusari. (Think back to 'The last Samurai'. Japan was very distrustfull of any foreign influences, and at the end decided to say 'No' to it al together).

And one small thing, you can use zoner weapons? Why would you? Or where would you get it?
