Allow me to reiterate.

Click on it.

Read the poll, and tell me how many people voted. If you can't count, as of 18:30 EST, the number is 165 votes total. It was determined from this number of votes that around 75% of all voters agreed with an increase of official faction privileges.

Now, look at this page: http://discoverygc.com/forums/index.php?

In a little box to your left, it states:

Our members have made a total of 567,173 posts
We have 13,110 registered members
The newest member is Ryuzaki
Most users ever online was 279 on Jun 27 2007, 01:45 PM

I do not make the assumption that every single one of 13,110 members are actually active enough to even participate in the poll. To be honest, I only expect a tiny fraction of those there to actually be able to know enough about our community and the state of our official factions to understand what they are voting about. But even tiny, it's bound to be more than 165.

But that does not mean that the survey conducted is representative of the truth.
