Progress Report: Well, it took a while, but I got the second fuel tank back up to snuff.
Tanks 3 and 4 are a loss in my opinion. I'll take a look at them after I finish work on the upper portion of the station... but it doesn't look promising.
I've pulled a few strings and got some GMG buddys of mine, the Ronin, to fill up our tanks. Believe they mentioned they were sending a repair ship and a couple of defenders for it, as well.
Be kinder than necessary, because everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle.
