Just do what I do... Shoot without an engagement notice... Works every time and I totally don't get caught...

Just set a /1 or whatever, I commonly just fly off in a direction and quickly type /1 and bamn there goes my engagement notice...
As for guys attacking without an engagement notice, chat times are good but clutterly...
