You cant put guard ships in the system because its not a guard system....

Within rp yes its a blockade ive been stopped a few times in Alaska i think 3 in 6 months and the last 2 none of dem navy boys had a guard id.
Just make the damn thing a maze i support that but you pretty much kill it as a smuggling route.
