One more thing, i wouldnt put the BPA in the same boat, the achive a (very) small degree of respect (at least from the Corsairs that i have played with/as), the LPI dont because they are supposed to be corruptable.

Pirates mouthing off to police? That I can understand, what gets my goat is traders, some zoners, some (indie) corp, insulting and ignoring the police forces. Makes no sense to me if you're a trader, and have routes going through house space, why get on the wrong side of the local bobbies? Makes no sense to me at all.

Back when I was enforcing passenger licensing, out of ~10/12 traders, I had 3 pay. I eventually had to enlist help from the BAF to get the job done. Not right for (apparently) lawful traders to flout the law.

But yeah, pirates/terrorists/bad folks who insult the bobbies, no hassles with.
