The Kusari "government"--a.k.a. "players"--are predominantly criminal and have shaped Kusari politics along the lines they like. The developers have allowed thier Rp to determine the Rp for all of Kusari and the development has been increasing hostility to Junkers finally brimming over to governmental declaration of them as "state criminals". Take advantage of it and play to the strengths for Junkers in it (there are some).
Both criminal AND lawful bribes are available on Junker bases--you just have to be patient and not have a drop-dead-red rep perhaps with the faction you want the bribe from.
It is fairly balanced and a Junker base is about the only place in Rp in Gallia where such a bribe would be possible. Each other side is too extreme to toerate enemy representatives on their own bases.
You can bypass the warzone almost completely by using Edinburgh as your entry point to Tau to reach Orkney.
It would be nice to neuter all Gallic reps for Junkers.
