Ello Lobelia,
Congress the actions that Lobelia imposed were premature her actions novice and hastily done. I was being assaulted by two pirates, non junker, in the Texas system. the fight ended in the scrap fields close too Beaumont. Right after the pirates ether fled or were shot down then Legacy showed up and attacked me and my detachment. While in the conflict the Lobelia decided to show up and attack us. And to be fair Congress this wasn't a needed conflict and could have been avoided.
So in good faith Congress and the Deaths are not enemy's so lets keep it that way shall we?

Your right it was "Novice and hastily done" to try to chase off 5 heavily armed warships attacking other junkers in the scrapfield dangerously close to beaumont base a bad move. Take what you will but they did not stand down when asked to or leave only continued fighting. My reasons for engaging was to protect Beaumont and the scrap that these fools where wrecking.
Also from what angle that I saw they came hunting bounty heads in the scrapfield.
