The good news, Hack, is that it really isn't that annoying to sleep with a CPAP machine on for you. If you happen to be married and she's sleeping with you - wear your chin strap. Trust me on this. (Been on a CPAP now for 6 years, probably be on one for the rest of my life.)

You will be surprised at the increase in the quality of the sleep you get, and in how much better you will feel during the day once you actually get some sleep - AND that everything else is and/or will resolve fine for you.
