I think they have one thing in common - exploiting a game mechanic (edit: the system that is - I mean both the game mechanics and the surrounding structure that allows the game to be played) for advantage, although you could argue that overkilling ( as in the case of the first one) is not entirely sanctionable under 1.2. Sure, they are pretty subjective, but the rule by its very wording is subjective. And sometimes rules have to be: because that allows discretion.
