Let's face it. If having a character from Gallia were fun you'd see lots of people in there. It's a ghost house because it's just not worth being there except for the odd trade run once in a while.
Which is truly sad because gallia is truly awesome. Its beautiful, it has some of the best ship designs in discovery and has the epic music. Its sad people are scared of it due to the rules...
