Of course you can. Keepers are perfectly capable of understanding your speech. And even though they talk in telepathy, unless you are a robot or had large parts of your brain replaced by cybernetics, you should be able to understand them as well to some degree:). Also, if you really try to RP with us on a non-hostile level, we usually don't shoot you either.

Oh, and yeah, Gamma is bad. In my opinion, it's actually worse than NY. It's how NY was a couple of mod versions ago. Sure, there are a few people attempting to RP now and then, but most of the time their RP sinks below the masses of OOC idiocy. And the worst thing about it is that a lot of the OOC lolwutters in Gamma are indie caps, liable to none but packing a lot of firepower and defense (so you can't just go and clean 'em up). Of course, if factions where given back their right to police caps (preferably cruisers and maybe even GBs as well) the lolwutters could be dealt with more easily, but then the constant bitching will start again (ONOZ FACTIONS VS INDIES!).
