Well, presuming it finally goes to war with the rest of Sirius and breaks in, if that's the plan, and I believe it is as it's logical, we couldn't make Gallia appear in one version and suddenly taking over systems, could we?
What kind of surprise and outrage would there be then when people suddenly started losing various bases?
I believe Gallia still is a good thing, though it isn't too welcoming towards foreigners.
When the grand war starts, if it starts, no when it starts, things will be more fun I believe.
