I think weapon speeds should be improved by a little bit, but just that, a little bit. Nothing that makes evasion impossible and HFs/LFs/VHFs with little armor but high agility useless. 50ms doesn't sound too bad. Speeding fights up a little is fine with me, but there needs to be some balance between 10 minutes fights (which suck) and 300 minutes fights (which suck too).
