Greetings, gentlemen. This is Alexander Novak, lead intel officer of the VR.

I've been notified of our current communications problem, and I and the team are working to get it fixed. Seems a few snoopy underlings thought it would be fun to disable encryption for a short while.. They will be handled with.

Until then, I'm manually changing the communication's frequency to be picked up only on port 1994, and I'll be forwarding instructions to you on howto change your outgoing frequency.

Computer, cut the transmission.
