All of sudden, whenever I try turning on freelancer, it always plays the into movies, etc. And turns up as a normal freelancer with no mod. When I click new game, I start up in Omicron Major, where freeport 7 was pew pew'd up.

I have to restore backups and reload the mod to play each time, and this is quite irritating, so how do I fix this?
