All information, reports, and gun-cam evidence regarding the incident tonight is to be posted on this frequency to be processed.

The investigations findings will be broadcast publicly on this comm channel. The investigation is a transparent public investigation, and will be headed by myself. It's not every day standoffs occur such as the one I witnessed tonight, and honestly I was appaled and shocked that anything in the house for which I toil night and day had come to that kind of state.

Any Naval officer found guilty of serious wrongdoing by this investigation will be stripped of rank and dishonorably discharged from the Navy's ranks.
