Some balance ideas... maybe?

I think we all agree that anti bomber defense for caps is currently little effective. it shouldn`t be uber either. that would mess up the balance. but a little effectiveness wouldn`t hurt.

then there`s the "get an escort" argument. 2 problems with that.

1. not all players can just whip up an escort anytime they like big enough to hold off 2 or more bombers.

2. even with the escorts shooting the stuffing out of the bombers, the bombers can just go along their merry business shooting snacs and torps. point being: fighters aren`t a big enough threat to them to stop their attack runs.

I`m all for escorts, mind. it`s proper rp and makes a battlegrooup look like a proper fleet. but from a practical point of view, it doesn`t work properly currently.
