I was under the impression that Lane Hackers expedited the Artifact trade in Liberty via their connections with the Hogosha.

In vanilla they did I think. But nowdays the cardamine will have such a grip on them the Outcasts tell them to jump and the Hackers would ask "how high?" (InRP)

And for those that would disagree with that, go check the vanilla rumours. Seventeen years ago the Lane Hackers were starting to realise that they didn't just feel like they needed it. They knew they needed it.
