Four paused, plastic carp midway through a bending gesture, his exes fixed on McKintyre's... assets. As they departed the room, his gaze smapped back to the assembled throng, and his grin widened. He bent the carp into a wide oval, and began again.
"So, we'd gotten the scramble from the good Captain here, and were launching just as he dispatched the first Titan. Followed 'im to the pocking jumphole, and sat outside, while Sierra did some talkin'. I wa' all for goin in there and blazing away at 'em, but thats why I'm still an L-T, eh?"
Four sorrowfull indicated the epaulettes on his arm with the carp, which sprung back to its original shape once one hand realsed it. Frowning, with the care of the very, very drunk, Four bent it back into shape and continued.
"So, we sat there, and then the Cap'n says we're gonna let em through, and heads back to the planet. Now, I thought something smelled foul, so I asked to stay back, 'n so I did. Anyways, t' Brotherhood ships come though, and lo and behold, its not just'a couple of Titans, but they've got one 'a 'dose noe Huntress Cruisers with them!"
Four paused for dramatic effect, wilst indicating the bowed fish shape with his eyes.
"So, they just sat there. We just sat there. After 'bout three mikes, Five..."
Four trailed off as the door was swept open, and another man in a black pilots suit stepped through.
