I am Jack Ketch, pilot of a Hathor class Gunboat called "ECS-Nebula" because I acquired the Gunboat from an AI called "Occam", I have to bring materials to him for study frequently and those materials are not humans. I have no connection to The Order and I was never in Order Territory but I need to be able to work in Liberty. I am a freelancing mercenary looking for some job and I heard that Liberty has some pirate problems. For now I am in good relations with the Navy, but one of your officers told me I can'€™t fly this class Gunboat in Liberty. So I require a license to continue hunting terrorists and disturb the unlawful smuggling networks. I need to know how much does the license costs and where could it be signed.
