[LR]CrisTiAn has been sanctioned owing to a report posted for:

5.3 Characters that are level 29 and below may only be attacked if at least one of the following conditions is met:
a) They do not have a civilian ID. Recruit IDs should be respected if the person is using it appropriately.
b) They attack you first by draining your shields to 50% or disrupt your cruise engines.
c) They are at the scene of a battle between yourself and someone else and refuse to leave when told to leave. (Civilians should leave the area when combat takes place or accept the risk of being attacked if remaining. Onlookers are fair targets.)
d) Civilians who possess a CODENAME weapon may be attacked within roleplay at any level according to the piracy requirements.

6.21 Attacking without an engagement notice is not allowed. All attacks must be preceded with some form of RP, regardless of NPC faction diplomacy.

3.6 Names of new characters should be set up with role-playing nature of our server in mind.
- Names with excessive use of random symbols, capital letters, numbers, symbols, leet speak, emoticons should not be used. Player are warned by administrators if such name is spotted, and given a chance for a volunteer

Consequences: Well, your name is now [LR]Backtrails, after the waterbottle on my desk and where I'm going to ream you. Also I've swiped all of the guns in the hold of the mule that used to be a rogue gunboat and your credits to boot. But since you didn't exactly have enough in there to satisfy my demand for 50 million base you'll note that none of the ships on that account have a dime.

Blowing up starfleas in a gunboat multiple times? Without even the presence of mind to give a nod? While he's talking to you? Frankly I don't really care at this point if your English isn't smoking hot, I'm declawing you until you realize there's more to life on disco than being a chump towards your fellow players.
