We are officially Neutral with FEAR. That is, no aggression against them unless they break the law in Kusari space, then issue a warning, then attack if no other option available. In turn, if you consider assisting FEAR operatives who make a request, make sure their enemy, at that time, is also our enemy. We will only assist in Kusari space or bordering neutral space that contains some Kusari interests. Needless to say, neutrality is mainly about keeping out of each other's way.

If anyone has issues with diplomatic standings or protocol in a given situation, consult Madam Fiona deLuna ((Harlequinn - I'm sure she will enjoy the challenge of satisfying twelve opposed vested interests all at once)) Kusari Diplomatic Corps. Details of the FEAR attack remain classified as they are considered unnecessarily complex to worry Kusari citizens with.

I realise that the Brother Hood Corsairs and the formerly outlawed FEAR group are not the kind of people we have any history of fraternising with, however I, like everyone else, obey orders.

F.E.A.R. achieved its neutrality with KNF through the rather petulant use of duress and threats.

I will not sully our Diplomatic standing thread with my opinions on this matter; but as F.E.A.R. is now holding KNF prisoners as well, under some vague charges of murder, I strongly suggest that we demand a full set of the charges against these Kusari citizens. The idea that they are "murderers" is ludicrous in the extreme.

However, as you point out, Nadir-taisho, our hands are tied until the particulars can be determined.

(Were the hundreds of brave crewmen killed or injured when the Tawakemono was scuttled "murderers" as well?)
