no ships over 3300 cargo or something would do the trick? Because, think about it. Youre average Freelancer doesn't go around with 100's of millions in his pocket.

They already have a cargo limit of 3800. If you cut that nobody will use the BWT and others. Also, most freelancers do go around with 100's of millions...at least the ones I've met.
