Fleur Royale

Despite the attempts of the barman to promote the fine establishment of Fleur Royale, attendance during the grand reopening was light at best. A handful of Royal Navy pilots were in attendance, however the more common folk from, or visiting the old city still found their way in that day...

A rather young (just a year or two above the drinking age) rail-thin young man was there during the initial opening. Still in his black flight suit (a bit of pink on it as well), he now sitting at the bar, he closely listened, eavesdropping on the other occupants. The conversations were becoming more interesting as the barman drew move Navy pilots in...and the company itself improved nicely... although, he was slightly nervous. He knows how these Royals look down on common folk. Brushing a bit of his messy, faded brown hair out of his face, he picked up his drink of liquor and cola and took a swig, before turning to the woman sitting three or four seats down the bar from him. And he said in a dreadfully familiar voice:

"Ah...madame, I hardly expected to meet you here...The Fleur seems to be drawing a rather interesting crowd, no?"
