Merc in Bountyhunter bomber found in Omicron Alpha (Drunken.Monkey[Merc]). Requested him to leave the system for him having an enemy ship. Communication data log proves he had been hired by XTF Dodge who threatend to assault me if i undertook action against this unlawfull act. XTF Dodge should know better then to hire a merc in a bountyhunter ship and threaten to attack fellow outcasts.

Him threatning to declare war on ESS afterwards in a private conversation touched the limit. I felt obliged to inform the Council of this unpatriotic act. The data log's are inlcluded after this message.

We as the [ESS] are not intending and not willing to wage war's with fellow outcasts. This would be one of the most unpatriotic things to do. We hope the Council of Ministers will take swift and decisive action on this matter.

I have had a talk with the merc after the incident and he proved to be a friendly person. He agreed to change his ship since he had no affliction to the Bountyhunters and had no knowing that a bountyhunter ship in Alpha practically is KOS. We might have an extra ally in him in times of need.
