The Situation of the Golden Chrysanthemums is currently deteriorating rapidly. Several reports are reaching my desk of both exogen infestations and rogue members defecting to outside factions.
In the case of the latter, we have identified a former Kiretsu pilot -Hanako.Ayuka- who has fled to the Hogosha. We can only assume it was of free will, and that all information known to Kiretsu is in Hogosha hands. Fortunately, -our- information is classified, as it shall remain.
>CONFIRMATION OF KIRETSU DEFECTION SIGHTING<
<::/>
However, this offers us an opportunity. This former entity may be used as a vehicle for further infiltration by our own covert ops agents into the Hogosha. It is, for the time being, to be kept alive for further use. If no use becomes available, it will be -repossessed- and re-integrated into our own use.

As for the Sisterhood, it has nearly totally lost it's co-ordination aside from the sole Kiretsu wing, is wracked by internal conflict, and is no longer tactically effective. We are to continue defense of GC personnel, but are not to deploy on joint operations unless it is mutually beneficial, and our own forces are in command positions.
As well, we are to begin non-aggressive recruitment of independent GC pilots and affiliates to prevent further defection and make use of the sisterhood's waning resources to prevent them from being further compromised. As well, we are to screen any and all Sisterhood personnel we encounter for Exogen compromise. Exogen compromised individuals are to be either acquired for Consortium use or destroyed.
Policies toward Kiretsu will remain as-is aside from the changes mentioned above unless further de-coordination or anomalies continue.
