What is your solution to reduce/prevent shield running and caps cruising after smaller ships?
Can you please tell me what evidence you have to show that this change has broken stuff. I am aware of lots of things but I want to hear your story. Please tell me what happened to your ships in game.
edit: I've heard stories that cruisers now have a unique advantage and as such this represents a boost in their performance. I've heard stories that this causes bombers to be both nerfed and buffed. I admit I have not heard any stories about BSs being buffed but rather only nerfed. I've heard many stories all of which are being used to help consider what to do. Please share your in game experience.
