Magezoli & Spanner have been warned for the following:

5.2 All attacks must be the result of some form of role play. "Engaging" is not sufficient. An attack is any hostile action that drains shields to less than 50%. Being hit with a CD is not considered an attack. If a player is attacked he has a right to defend himself regardless of who is attacking.

Consequences: Spanner has been left with a warning notification in your hold. It is your fault for getting too close to a battlefield and being hostile to those fighting. Therefore you have been warned to be aware of this in the future.

Magezoli has been warned for firing and destroying targets with no notification whatsoever. I have placed a sanction report in your hold and also deleted your 1 million credits on your bomber as a small fine.
